Location, Hosts, Clean and great...

Liked: Right on the street front of Ambleside. Park the car for your stay and walk or bus everywhere you want to go. Our room (6)was beautiful. A little kitchenette to use along with a lounge. Perfect for a relaxing cup of tea after a long walk. The breakfast was amazing. Cafe quality and plentiful. Walk to city centre at the front door. Very central to all shopping and restaurants. The hosts are very knowledgeable and friendly with helping you sort your days in Ambleside. They know all the ‘other’ places to go when the tourists don’t. Make sure you ask for their help in seeing the most you can in the time you have.Free on site parking!

Liked: The hosts were there to welcome us and the room was beautiful. Very private and extra little touches like homemade cake and a glass of wine thrown in were very much appreciated.

Liked: Great location, lovely breakfast with locally sourced products. Generous selection of cakes, biscuits and even complimentary wine to help yourself to. Excellent location to the centre of Ambleside, room very tidy and comfortable and tastefully decorated. We appreciated all the little extras and would definitely come back again. Very friendly host.
