Great stay and lots of...

Liked: The location is excellent. The spa and indoor pool allows for a relaxing break. We eat at the hotel and the there was a good range of dishes. We have an electric car and the hotel has 3 charging points which was excellent news. Across the road there is a lovely centre called The Fold, with a coffee shop, craft outlets, plant/garden centre and a great nature trail ideal for families. The hotel is ideally placed to explore, Worcester, Tewkesbury, Malvern, Upton-on-Severn and Hereford.
Disliked: Can't think of anything. We enjoyed it immensely.

Disliked: Could do with blackout linings on curtains as bright sunshine woke us very early.

Exceptional

It was a stressful evening...

Liked: The cost was reasonable, the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The information in our room, regarding breakfast times, is incorrect. It says 7am except Sundays. We went down at 7am on Saturday and staff informed us it didn't open until 7.30 at the weekend. Had we known we would have stayed in bed longer and paid £20 for breakfast however, we were ready to leave so we didn't stay.

Reasonable place to stay on...

Disliked: The shower system in room 123 was dreadful … we couldn’t shower as there was no pressure from the cold water . I mentioned this to the receptionist & she said the ‘system ‘ was difficult to make work !!So please fix this … not having a shower ruined the stay .However we will use the hotel again .. as it has so many excellent facilities .

Amazing stay 10/10

Liked: The staff are absolutely phenomenal. It was my wife's birthday and I travelled to the hotel a few hours early, alone, to give them flowers and balloons. They put them in the room for me, and when we arrived, they had written a birthday card for my wife and gave us complimentary drinks. The bar is beautiful, the breakfast was perfectly cooked, the room was amazing and very clean. There is nothing bad I could say about this place.
Disliked: Honestly, everything was perfect.
