Beautiful stay and good spa...

Liked: This property was beautiful, in need of some upgrades but very clean and comfortable.The spa, pool and hot tub facilities were lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The dinner menu was overpriced and disappointing.

Disliked: Had to ask for a different room as first had just a tiny window high up which we couldn’t look out.

Disliked: Unfortunately we didn’t pre book spa treatments and they were full - our faultRoom smelled of cigarette smoke but it was a warm evening so left the windows open. Reported to reception the next morning

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent choice for breakfast as usual, stayed there twice I have both times been excellent. The rooms are always lovely and clean and well presented. Will be staying there again as my car garage is just across the road.
Disliked: Nothing at all, everything was excellent.
