Disliked: The tv in the room didn’t work, the shower head was falling off and no fridge

Liked: Welcoming and helpful staff. Love the spa and pool facilities
Disliked: Only issue is lack of covered area to go to spa reception, only via outside or stairs from hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely friendly staff, great location to go explore the Malvern hills and towns.
Disliked: The heater was on a timer or thermostat, I was really cold. It would have been nice to be able to turn the radiator on manually.

Bank house

Liked: It was quiet, breakfast was well organised with plenty on offer
Disliked: Noisy bed needs a new mattress

Superb

Liked: Clean, warm, welcoming. Spar facilities were good. Excellent steam room. Golf course very impressive.
Disliked: Right next to main road, but this didn't bother us at all.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Rooms were comfy, free parking, lovely bar. Great view of the Malverns from our room
Disliked: It was pricey and quite far out of Worcester

Liked: Food was an amazing, staff were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Spa facilities were small, could only fit 2-4 people in sauna, steam and jacuzzii at a time which meant had to keep waiting.
