Liked: Copy little cottage with a fire place. Wood chopped ready to go. Amazing history at the estate, almost like walking into a museum! Had a lovely bath and even an electric blanket on the bed. Would definitely recommend!!

Winter wonderland

Liked: Amazing history and location. Cottage well appointed
Disliked: The bed was very squeaky and not comfortable. Back door didn't lock. We felt very isolated as didn't realise till after we booked that they are shut down in June.

Liked: Loved the history associated with the area and the Convict Walk to Brickendon.
Disliked: We were there when the facilities were closed so missed out on seeing the Museum which we will visit next time if possible.
