Wookey Hole Hotel

Great place for kids and adults.

Liked: Good food; pleasant staff who keep restaurant clean.
Disliked: Would have liked a shower - bath was hard to climb into.

Liked: It was amazing. Fabulous hotel. Rooms were clean and bright. Staff amazing. Views were beautiful. Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Disliked: Reception staff member like Basil Fawlty grandson.Three very stern emails with a list of requirements were sent after checkin time. The required credit card was not in booking.com website. Policies listed by the hotel. As we were heading to Glastonbury festival we may not have had on.The messages about smuggling people into the room and surcharges for soiling the room again in the stern emails received on the day were offensive.Meals were average and breakfast was like a bad 1970’s hotel. I could not believe it when we had to book a breakfast slot and continental breakfast came with little boxes of cereals that I thought had been consigned to history.I love butter but only flora was on offer.Definitely a blast from the past and a Wookey hole. Out side my window was a rubbish skip

Liked: Lovely breakfast with Continental items available alongside a full English. Everything available room. Hairdryer, Coffee/tea making facilities.
Disliked: Not a problem of the hotel in any way. We would look for a hotel closer to M5 for travelling next time.

Liked: Location great, safe, quiet. Room spacious, clean and tidy. Amenities great. Staff proffessional. Wifi fast. CAr park plenty. Plenty to do in the area . Family friendly. Great stay

Liked: Staff was friendly and very helpful, it's so nice and comfortable and very quiet of a night,Food in the restaurant is very lovely too,Caves are good to visit, lovely gift shop, ice cream shop is very nice too, lots of flavours to choose from,There's 2 pubs across the road too who were very friendly too,
