Liked: Not much this go around
Disliked: They overcharged me for the room by over $500, then was said by your site. I still have yet to see my refund on that 7 days later. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was a slight trickle at best. There was no toilet paper when I got there on day 1. Bed was extremely worn out and very uncomfortable.

Liked: I Love the beds and how nice and clean the room are
Disliked: i didn't like that the staff assumed i had something going on saying i had different people in and out which i did not ! i had only 3 maybe 4 people over we were going in and out to smoke thats it and thats because it was my last night in town and friends want to chill , i ask well if i cant have guest yall could say that she said oh no its not that well what the hell was it she said its just not a good look i said wthelly I was so in shock i literally just sat outside the rest of the night ,

Great staff, great location!

Liked: The front desk manager Crystal was amazing and helpful, getting us in as a last minute booking as our other hotel cancelled us right as we were checking in. She did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! This location ended up being better as it was closer to our venue.

Liked: The stay itself was great. I loved the sense of security needing your key to get in and out of the hotel. Definitely made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff was super welcoming and always saying good morning/hello if they saw you in the halls.
Disliked: The only thing that was a little frustrating was how humid our room was. It looked like it was only our room versus the halls/other areas. The floor was super slippery due to the humidity so we almost tumbled quite a bit.
