Great staff, great location!

Liked: The front desk manager Crystal was amazing and helpful, getting us in as a last minute booking as our other hotel cancelled us right as we were checking in. She did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! This location ended up being better as it was closer to our venue.

Liked: nothing because I got double charged . it was clean tho

Liked: The stay itself was great. I loved the sense of security needing your key to get in and out of the hotel. Definitely made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff was super welcoming and always saying good morning/hello if they saw you in the halls.
Disliked: The only thing that was a little frustrating was how humid our room was. It looked like it was only our room versus the halls/other areas. The floor was super slippery due to the humidity so we almost tumbled quite a bit.

Liked: The pool and lounge area in the back was the best for the family.
Disliked: The bathrooms are not updated

Liked: The location was create, the hose downstairs was really sweet. The only thing that I should have probably looked into was breakfast. I understand that maybe there's a reason in back of that, but, uh, overall, it was nice. I just felt like the water was a little bit not too much pressure. But I think it's because the time I was taken my shower was probably when everybody else were but other than that very clean.I want to say, that's why I picked the hotel cuz.It looked brand new
Disliked: That I didn't check to see if you had breakfast. And also, maybe the coffee should be better..

Disliked: Guest were extremely loud , you can hear everytime the guest staying above walked . I wouldn’t advise for women to be alone there
