Liked: The room size was good. The bathroom was roomy. The full size refrigerator, microwave and stovetop were all nice
Disliked: There wa as no light in the fridge. The floor was not clean (had not been mopped). The blow dryer did not work at all. The bathroom sink under the rim was not clean.

Liked: Ms. Theresa at the front desk was very kind. Great attitude
Disliked: The door to the room was locked when I first arrived. A member of maintenance had to break into the room so that I could get in. I was concerned for my safety and ended up not staying. There were no other available rooms, so I left the hotel and drove back home 4 hours away. I was told that I could not get a refund.

Liked: Location was good. The shower was decent. The refrigerator and microwave were clean. Not having carpet in the rooms was nice but the floors weren’t very clean. Being pet friendly was helpful but the fee was a little high considering the price of the room.
Disliked: When we first arrived there were cigarettes butts all over the ground. An ash tray right by a no smoking within’ so many feet sign. There was a lit cigarette in the ash tray that was right by the door and we walked right into the smoke. The smoke from that cigarette was also blowing right into the vent of my room so it made my room smell like smoke. The hallway carpet was very very stained, the room walls were dirty with food and other stuff on them, one of the pillows had small spots that looked like blood. My parent’s room also had stuff on the walls and the toilet was leaking. They had to fill the toilet tank with water from the faucet to get it to flush.
