WoodSpring Suites Waco near University

I was underwhelmed.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Location was convenient. There is a real refrigerator in the room.
Disliked: There were no facial towels. There were no trash pickup for the three nights I stayed. Bathroom wall was pealing. Many cockroaches in the room.

We left the hotel within...

Liked: Dirty smelly small n bad place to stay
Disliked: Smell, wer oily floors linens were old no coffee machine in suit suit was like bathroom dirty and old linen

Never again

Liked: There’s nothing good about this hotel stay away!! Plz just look somewhere else I booked one week and only stayed one night!
Disliked: First of all the smell and roaches are crazy I was sleeping and felt them on me. I just got up and left at 3 in the morning

Disliked: No refund and no new room. Sheets had hair, bugs, and dirt, toilet didn't flush. They said no refund. Check in area very small with people standing around. Clerk handed me my room key and announced my room number out loud. Brought one of the random people in lobby to my room to verify my terrible, nasty sheets.

Disliked: They had a lot of bugs and the ace was broken it was really hot in the room and the electricity in the room also didn’t work it was the worse place to stay I won’t pay to stay there

Never will stay there again..

Liked: The vending machine
Disliked: The room it was nasty not cleaned poor service sheets dirty had roaches a frozen roach in the freezer hair in the tub...oh and I have my pictures to prove it and to show...The attendant Ashley and manager Hector did nothing about the situation...Had to go get my bleach and washing detergent out my car to clean the room 204

Full of roaches and back...
