Kudos to the great staff, please do something about the pest problem in the rooms.

Liked: Staff was very friendly!
Disliked: Roaches. From the moment I entered the room they scattered. It made the room feel nasty. Also there were not any table lamps at bedside or on the desk, so the room lighting choice was bright or none at all

Disliked: noisy, people slamming doors, kids screaming day & night, staff having to argue with the longterm renters to pay their rent, hard bed, not enough lighting, noisy traffic and sirens from the loop, took almost an hour to check in, hall way floors dirty, vending machines almost empty, no ice..

Liked: After I paid for the reservation and on my way to the hotel, they called and just said they had no room for me. Instead of processing the refund immediately, I am waiting for them to respond to booking.com for they can refund. So why am I having to suffer because either they dropped the ball ... This is beyond horrible business. They should have to pay for the extra money that I had to put out.
Disliked: The fact they called and cancelled on me and instead of making an immediate refund or report the third party I am still waiting for resolution over a week later/

Disliked: Everything. The room looked like it had arterial blood spray that was cleaned. Smelled of old blood and cleaner. Didnt stay a single night
