Using the card key twice...

Disliked: The card key entry back and forth was extremely inconvenient. Every time I left and came back, I had a hard time using the hotel card key to get in: and it makes things difficult: when you are carrying things. Using the card to get in twice every time you entered the hotel: and after you left and came back was the worst experience ever. The card key should just be used to enter the room: and that is it. So whatever you are carrying: you would have to have your card key in your hand to even get back into the hotel. Meaning you would not be able to use both of your hands if you were carrying anything. Meaning you would have to make multiple trips to your car: because you could not carry everything: because you would have to use your card key again to enter the hotel. It makes it not even worth it staying there.

Liked: The staff were friendly and nice maybe I should have told him about my experience and they could have sent me to a different room but I was so exhausted I really didn't want to do all that but the staff were nice
Disliked: Well first of all there was so much noise over my head ,.I stayed on the second floor and it was so much noise. I don't know it must have been a party people running stomping dragging a furniture .I couldn't sleep the whole night it was waste of money and the next thing my allergies is bothering me I didn't know what it was and then when I pack my bags hairs at the bottom of my bedroom slippers so that means someone had an animal a dog or a cat in that hotel room and no staff was able to recognize that because you can't see it if you walk in there but when you look up lift up the bottom of your shoes this hair all over my shoe and I was wondering why my allergies bother me so bad I had a really bad experience and I stayed here in the past and it was excellent in the past but I don't know what happened that room was the it was not clean they should have mopped the floor they should sterilize the handles

Liked: The size of the room, location right off the highway. Price was affordable. Room was clean, didn’t notice anything concerning.
Disliked: Thin walls, desk staff can come off as abrasive but weren’t rude.

Liked: what breakfast- didn't have any breakfast, they only have coffee in the waiting area. Please let me know when i can find the breakfast it would be very helpful.
Disliked: getting hooked up to wifi but it's ok your staff members were very helpful.

Clean new hotel in quiet...

Liked: Great location very clean.
Disliked: No iron or ironing board in room.
