Liked: I didn’t get a chance to enjoy my stay because I was put out of the hotel by the girl at the front desk. Also my reservation was not accepted by this property and they also attempted to withdraw more money from booking.com than what was available. Also there was a patron there that made me very uncomfortable. I would like my money returned to me. I have reported this to the local police agency already.
Disliked: That the staff need more training and more protection if she is alone working.

Liked: Clean , from outside , and new good location.
Disliked: No service, no body come to clean our room , they told me the service every 2 weeks , if I only stay one week there meaning no service no clean the room no change the cheats. And the coffee only morning until 10 am .i need new towels , because the towels is dirty , I don’t know if I asked new towels can give me or not.

Liked: Nice location front desk staff was very nice and welcoming clean room
Disliked: The pillows are so soft it’s like having no pillow the bed is on a metal frame wasn’t to comfortable and the noise in the hallway was a lot interrupted with my rest.
