If i'm ever in Nashville...

Liked: Generally pleased with the building's quality and room condition. Security seemed excellent. Didn't use the 2-burner cooktop, but the microwave was clean, large and functional, and the refrigerator/freezer was also clean, large and functional. Shelving and drawers were very adequate. The finish in the room appeared new or newly remodeled. Public areas were clean and in good condition.
Disliked: Lack of grab bars in the tub/shower reduces safety of occupants. While the bed's mattress was adequate and generally comfortable, the frame made a banging noise when the bed was entered and left. Lighting is way too bright and we would have appreciated dimmer switches, both in the living area and the bathroom. Lighting is missing from the kitchenette (very difficult to see without lighting up the entire room). Climate control didn't work well at all. A/C came on when it wasn't called for, and the room seemed either too warm or too cool.

Adequate, but too expensive for...

Liked: Relatively clean, non smoking room.
Disliked: Although non smoking, the smell upon entering was like a cloying mix of chocolate and dog. Opened the window to air, if possible, but the outdoor smoking area was directly outside our window and after a few minutes a smoker indeed arrived and we had to close the window. Also, when booking, the option to pay at the facility was available, but we didn't notice that the window to cancel was within hours of the booking, as it was for the following day's night. I am used to being able to cancel up till the day of the reservation. Would've preferred a less expensive, better rated motel further on towards Chattanooga. Finally, no breakfast included.

More like an apartment

Liked: Room was clean and good location near shops and food
Disliked: Other guests were very loud. I didn't realize it was an extended stay which apparently is most of their business. Sounded like a herd of elephants that didn't sleep above me and people up and down the hallways constantly. Not the facilities fault but I'll do better research before booking at an extended stay again.

It was quiet and clean.

Liked: There was no breakfast at the time we left.
Disliked: Check in afterhours was not a good experience.I have never seen a hotel/motel that did not have someone at the front desk at all times. We were told that they "closed at 2 PM". We arrived before 8 PM and it was very confusing on where the front desk was, it looked like a breakfast area not a check in location. Had to call from a phone in the lobby to ask where to leave the key for the room because again, no one was at the front desk.

I will never stay at...

Liked: It’s a newer building has a fridge and two burner electric cooking surface
Disliked: No light bulb in bed side. Ants in bathroom. No safety handles bath/shower slippery-no mat. There is a kitchenette with absolutely no utensils or anything. So what’s the point?? Not a walkable area

Liked: Cleanliness of room , very nice
Disliked: People in and out of thier rooms throughout the night early mor (1-2am and on ) for what ever reasons . Could hear doors open and slam close. Other than that ok for 1 night stay .
