Disliked: I called woodspring suites to verify they had room availible on 04/13/24 The man said yes it was late and only one room left so I quickly jumped online and finished my reservation at 11:58 pm myself and my husband I am a Caucasian woman and my husband a black African American man were refused check in by the man I was speaking with at the property prior to my arrival he kept saying the payment didnt go through which was a lie I booked before midnight and had my confirmation and reciept after a long road trip all we wanted to do was get some rest the man was giving us the run around and had no reason not to let us stay at the property I booked the room in my name and my husband was there also with his credit card and Id also and we had our room paid for online with receipt and confirmation number and then another man came in who was Caucasian whom had also had a reservation online was not even asked for a debit card only Id and checked right in smoothly . Very very sad to have experienced this and not to mention after being refused and waiting

Liked: Friendliness of staff that helped with check in/out and directions as GPS wasn't working. Central location for our purposes in Tukwila. Very quiet
Disliked: Would love a hot tub and some of the vending machines rows aren't working for those late night munchies.

Liked: Great location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Did not feel safe coming and going to my car. It appeared that there are homeless people living in their cars in the parking lot. I had a car on each side of my car when I had to leave that caused concern for my safety.
