Disliked: Everything. Got charged multiple times for no reason and was given no answer from the staff. Was told not there problem. Rooms and hotel in general smelt like an ash tray. Bed was supposed to be a queen, we got a full. Room fixtures were falling off the wall. Hotel staff were very friendly, but shady at the same time. Will never stay here again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Disliked: Everything, staff is rude and gives attitude, they disconnect the phone in the lobby. So if you get locked out for any reason you most likely won't be able to get a hold of anyone, and when you do you get attitude, they gave attitude about emotional support animals but the plastic base boards are attached to the wall with Thumbtacks. Internet was almost nonexistent, elevator is broken so if you have anything heavy good luck getting it up the stairs. They will go into your room even if you are not there, my medications has come up missing after their visit when I was not there. One of the bed frames was broken so you woke up the next day in so much pain. Window leaked whenever it rained, bathroom fan made a clicking sound that sounded like a leaky faucet all the time even if it was off.

Liked: La Quan was very upbeat professional and helpful.
Disliked: First it was very difficult to get to and unfortunately the elevator was not working so that was most unfortunate. The bed sheets were not clean, there was blood on one of them very gross.

Disliked: The room was dirty, the bathtub had bugs in it and the elevator didn't work

Disliked: Everything, it was filthy from Roaches crawling out of different spots to dead one on the wall in high places shower was dirty as well we checked out early and headed home complete waste of money

Disliked: There were homeless people inside the building sitting on the steps. They were outside as well. There were roaches in the room and restroom. Also, the bed looked like the ones you see on Orange is the New Black. Look like beds in a prison.
