Liked: Ann the Assistant Mgr was very professional, pleasant, helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff were friendly & pleasant as well. My husband did not come, last minute decision, but that was a good thing. I don't think the room was really big enough for both of us and the dog (35lbs). However, it was very clean and comfortable. Convenient location to Lake Nasworthy, Holy Angels Catholic Church & HEB. Plenty of restaurants & shopping nearby. I did not use the electric stove top, but was thankful for the (almost) full size fridge and seperate freezer. Felt safe, dog area was a good size and poop bags were readily available. Again, main bonus was cleanliness, staff & location.

Cost effective and convenient

Liked: The room was reasonable spacious with efficient air conditioning. There was good security on the room door, and monitored access to the building. The facilities in the room were basic but clean. There were no crockery or utensils, although there was a large capacity microwave and fidge freezer.
Disliked: Some basic level of cups, plates and utensils would have been useful

Disliked: The smell, space, cost, and staff were all unacceptable. I tried to cancel the remainder of my stay and was charged the full stay amount and was told that I wouldn't get my money back because I made a reservation

Good option for function and...

Liked: Basic clean hotel with no amenities, however the rooms are set up well for long stays and the staff was friendly.
