Disliked: Dirty rooms and it was loud all night long.

Liked: Front staff were unattentive, and asleep during checkout hours, and one of the cleaning staff was doing his job with no shirt or shoes

Disliked: I didn't like anything about that place, I made my reservation on the phone, with an agent.I drove all the way from Canada to attend a funeral in Rochester, I had my Reservation number and everything was supposed to be perfect and when I got there, They told me that there is no room available and I had to leave .After, several calls I finally got another hotel downtown Rochester. I will never ever book with that Hotel agai. Please avoid.

Disliked: I wish there were a tub and just not a shower.

Disliked: Smells like marijuana when you first walk in. My room had a terrible smell in it. Thin walls-could hear so much.
