I love this hotel!

Liked: Everything was perfect! Malcome was genuion ! & my room who ever cleaned 307 before I arrived did amazing! They said his name was Marcus o appreciate everyone.

Liked: Location, and it was clean. The staff was friendly
Disliked: A housekeeper left the cleaning items in the room,when I checked in. The bed was horrible and uncomfortable. The price was not worth it

Disliked: I booked a reservation and called a few hours later to ask for a first floor room since my son was on crutches. The MOD told me they couldn’t accommodate me because they were oversold due to a water leak. That story later turned into they were over sold due to renovations taking place. I asked for the GMs contact info and was put on hold while they checked. 5 minutes later I was “disconnected”. I called back and was put on hold again then “disconnected” again. I called back and was told the person I was originally speaking with was with another guest, yet when I called back from a different number she answered. Horrible service. Your hotel chose not to honor the reservation I booked and the staff acted as if I was the issue. No apologies, no offer to find an alternative hotel option, no service whatsoever. The “water leak and renovations” stories were BS because the hotel still had inventory loaded on their website for a Saturday check in even after they told me they were supposedly sold out. I’ve worked in hotels as a front desk manager and GM for over 20 years. I’m pretty sure my reservation was not honored because it was a lower rate 1 night stay. I seriously doubt they didn’t have any room available.

Liked: i liked the security and having vending machines on the property.
Disliked: there was a roach in my room, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom door was busted up.

I will never stay again.

Liked: The location great alot of great fast food n stores n a big Walmart in walking distance floor nice n quite n clean
Disliked: The roaches was bad in the room but they did sent someone out to spray for them and I wish they had a lobby with computer room n breakfast that would be perfect
