Liked: My reservation was canceled the day of my checking. I was on my way there and was told there’s no more rooms available ! Smh

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: First of all the room we got had such a terrible smell to it. One of the beds had a dent to it. The AC didn’t work at all. The moment you walk into the hotel it had a smell to it. There’s a paper that says no refunds & I see why it’s there. We slept for a few hours & decided to get on the road just so we could leave that place. Just terrible.

The staff seemed kind.

Liked: I thought the Woodspring Suites were nice.I don't remember anything this evening about the wifi. I can't answer the questions with smiley faces from my experience, and I wanted you to know that -- I answered optimistically, not from experience.
Disliked: A late-night arrival.

They need better staff

Disliked: Couldn’t get night service for check in no one answered the door or call button. Room was very basic but spacious
