It was a great stay...

The staff is very nice...

Liked: There was really NOTHING likable about the property
Disliked: No BREAKFAST.. No BENCHES (for the elderly) for these rooms to cost between $70-$100 a NIGHT there’s nothing to make people wanna come back there will be bugs at time the bathroom looks like no one came to clean it just change the towels to make it look good!! The rooms have an OLD smell!! Maybe the staff need to CHANGE their cleaning supplies or cleaning mop something.. The VENDING MACHINES are always BROKEN!!! THIS IS A 2 STAR SUITW HOTEL WHICH IS NOT OKAY DUE TO THE PRICES ARE FOR 3.5 STARS and up should have at least they have BREAKFAST plus LOWER PRICES….The property is OVER CHARGING for these LOW BUDGET “SUITES” DO BETTER WOODSPRING SUITES

Decent on a budget

Liked: It was inexpensive
Disliked: The bed was a roll-away quality and very uncomfortable

Dirty, roach filled hotel

Liked: Location ONLY
Disliked: The room was nasty, clearly had the housekeeping services (bed was made, clean towels) was in BUT room was really dusty and floor dirty but the topper was the roaches in the bathroom, in every corner and the one that was dying on the floor by the toilet!!! Nope not for us! Front desk moved us to the top floor, room still dirty but no roaches this time, and yes we should have just went some where else but nothing available!!! Do not stay here, maybe stay outside of Apex! Also the fire system decides to go off nightly around 1am and per the other long term guest, it’s an issue that the hotel is aware of…so guess we shouldn’t have got up and left the building thinking that we had a fire

Disliked: Rat poop in bed, smoke filled a smoke free room, rust and mold on everything, no remote to tv.

Would definitely stay here again

Liked: I love the location of this property. Staff is very friendly. Rooms come with mini kitchen and full size fridge. Room was clean.
Disliked: Pet fee is high, 50 for the first night. The room itself was 67 a night.

Felt so uncomfortable I ended...

Liked: Quiet
Disliked: Had to spend that nice paint and nice furniture has been placed over a not so nice place. Felt uncomfortable inside the property although to be fair no person made me feel that way. Happy room seemed to be minimally cleaned with much older sheets and pillowcases that were uncomfortable to lay in.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: From check in to the room the door was unlocked and someone had been laying on the bed. The room smelled like urine. No remote and dirty towels. When calling the front desk to report it they never answered the phone. Had to call from my cell phone and it took them 20 mins to come back down to change the room.
