Disliked: The room and amenities are outdated as well as their system There were roaches and fire alarms are faulty and the grounds unkept. I would not refer anyone to the establishment.

Disliked: I stayed for 5days. Fire alarms kept getting set off. Can't get a good night's rest if woken up to alarms every other night. On top of that with every issue I had I tried to call the front desk- never got an answer. Would go to the front desk and find they have phones on "night mode" all day so they don't have to deal with it. And for every problem their response was rude and usually "call this number....". On one occasion where it seemed staff from another location was visiting when brushed off by local staff the visitor stepped in and immediately solved my issue. For example: the laundry room soap dispenser did not give me detergent I paid for because machine is empty. went to front desk and girl said "you'll have to call ...", but the visiting staff said hold on...went to back and in under a minute came back with a box of detergent for me. I need to stay in the area longer but decided it is best to go to another hotel.
