Liked: There was breakfast
Disliked: That there was no breakfast and no compassion was shown to residents who were struggling to have a place to lay their head. I had just released out of the hospital due to an accident and unexpected surgery in December 2024. I travel to Northern VA for Thanksgiving and was administered the wrong medication at a rehab facility which almost took my life.

Never Coming Back

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The fact you have to pay to exchange your dirty linens, you didn't have a hand towel, you're only able to connect one device to the wifi which kept going in and out, didn't have a bucket for ice in which I didn't see an ice vending machine, the 1st light in the room works when it wants to, the pressure in the sink in the bathroom wasn't enough, people who had dogs don't stop their dogs from barking so much, couldn't have any peace and quiet half the time, the staff was unprofessional, when you walk into the room, it feels a little humid as if the air wasn't on and just most of all disappointed of this hotel.

Disliked: Everything. Bed sheets not clean. Water pressure not existing. Staff leaves hotel reception at 1am and you can check-in after.

Disliked: no ice machine,, and the lobby restroom is not available

Liked: The bed was low, not stiff or too fluffy!
Disliked: Limited staff, I had just got in, riding in the rain, soaked to the bone, dripping wet, and no one to check me in! I had to ring a bell and no one came to help! So I went back outside to drip there, And there was a bug crawling around in my room, and the staff was not concerned about it! There were no hangers in the room also.
