It was a good choice...

Liked: The room was clean.it had a mini stove top, microwave and a fridge. Very functual. Front desk staff were very nice. It is pet friendly.
Disliked: No breakfast.

Liked: The staff were amazing. The front desk lady extended herself to assist my family, and I with my booking.
Disliked: My booking reservation was paid in full prior to arriving at the location. Unfortunately we were unable to enter room due to payment discrepancies with booking.com and hotel. It was a huge inconvenience for my family and I. We were in town for a kids basketball tournament. My son was unable to wash and change before game because we did not have access to room. It took a few hours to get the issue resolved. I am dedicated customer and have been for a few years. This was totally unacceptable.

Bad

Liked: I tried to check in 3 rimes with my 3am request for check inn that was not denied on thia booking app. The first time the employee would not even be present at the desk i waited over 15 minutes. The second time at 4am i was told via speaker the employee would not be checking me in at that time. I explained mu request on booking app not being denied for 3am check in at which point he got upset and told me too bad that is the rules. Then i slept in my vehicle and woke up to check in as i needed to use a restroom around 11am and was denies check in again. Because I was in town for work amd my schedule was conflicted I had to arrange staying some where else.
Disliked: Staff is uninformed of booking details and very unprofessional with handling and communication with guests.

Liked: Location was close to where the event I was attending was being held.
Disliked: There was no Kleenex in the room. There was no hand towels to dry your hands on there was only two wash rags and two bath towels only two pillows on the bed. They were very flat. I was on the ground floor and they had my window open and did not tell me I did not feel very secure. I discovered that when I came back from one of the events I attended on Friday evening. and when I went to check out, there was nobody at the front desk. That was about 730 Saturday morning.
