Terrible

Liked: We first tried to cancel when it said “free cancellation” so we called and they said we couldn’t. Then we get there and they didn’t even have our reservation in but they took our money. The front desk lady had her puppy and was distracted by that. She then went to the room to “check to make sure it was clean”. We went to the room and it was the wrong room we paid for so we just left. Definitely would not go there. I’d recommend the holiday inn just north of this place.

Disliked: Everything,Even though kuchen is equipped, no supply of kitchenware kitchen towel , dishes, utensils!!The worst hotel what I've stayed before!!!!
