Liked: The staff was nice
Disliked: We were unaware that they are a transitioning hotel. There were people living there and the hallways smelt like old folks home. no one comes to clean your room if you stay for just a couple days. You have to bring your towels downstairs to get them replaced and after a certain time they make you pay the washer and dryer to clean your towels. Not a good hotel if you are trying to go and enjoy your vacation if you have to put in work. Would not be coming back.

Disgusting place that noone should...

Liked: How close it was to everything
Disliked: Unfriendly and rude Staff, Floor was sticky, Lobby and room stinks and smells like cigarettes. We found cockroaches on the closet and bathroom. When told staff they did not care nor gave me another room. I left and won’t refund me. I spoke with booking and the management and they were also rude to booking. Overall save your money and go somewhere else

Liked: Great front desk workers. My issue was out they control.
Disliked: Checked in with my family of 5 for 1 night. No cable on TV, couldn’t be fixed and no more rooms were available and I also charged for little to no WiFi. Nothing was discounted or compensated for inconvenience.

Disliked: Some of the staff was not very nice, the room was not cleaned , floor was very dirty, no housekeeping, I had to take my linens to front desk everyday to get clean ones. I realize this is an extended stay hotel but when customers come to stay on vacation they don't want to have to deal with changing bed sheets nor taking linens to front desk to exchange.
