Disliked: I was offered a non-smoking room, but when I walked in, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was horrible and completely unacceptable. The room cleanliness was decent, but there were several serious issues during my stay.They don’t provide trash bags, and guests are expected to take their own garbage out to the dumpster. There aren’t enough blankets or sheets available either — when you go to exchange them, they often don’t have any. The same goes for towels. What’s worse is that when the staff changes shifts, they return only part of what you turned in. You might give them a full set of sheets and only get back a pillowcase and a towel. It’s completely disorganized and frustrating.The biggest concern is that the manager seems to intentionally allow this kind of chaos. She gave the impression that she enjoys running the place this way, which makes the experience even more uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

Disliked: Since the 1st night we arrived there, it was a couple above us that were making a lot of noise it was after midnight, I went downstairs to the reception and told them about it. Guy there said he will talk to them, but nothing happens, it was the same every night until Thursday July 3 that I spoke by phone with the manager. I told him maybe I can bring the police l, He say it you do that you will need to leave tio. I said well you will need to give me my money back, because I told your employees since the first night. Finally July 4. They said they will move them out of that room. I laughed, because it was our last night there, we left the hotel Saturday 5th in morning. Not a good service. We have to bring the towels to them to change it. They said they do not clean the room while you are there. They do it every 2 weeks.
