Liked: We went out to eat breakfast
Disliked: Well I know the reason for the 3:00 entry time but I wish we could have gotten into our room when w arrived but they accommodated us by letting us in early for 12:00 which helped us immensely and we were so appreciative of them bending the rule for our convenience thanks so much we would definitely book a stay again if we were to go back to Omaha again but we have been bragging about the Wood Springs Suites thanks again for a great experience.

Liked: The room was clean, the staff for the most part was very pleasant.
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable, I was told I would have to purchase my own pots and pans.

The worst experience of a...

Liked: The place was terrible, the Gm had a horrible attitude And not helpful, place had roaches and spiders. Place smell real bad , elevator dirty , hallways are dirty and smell very bad . I try to get a refund but Gm didn’t allow it and had a very bad attitudes. Outside the property was like a junk yard
