I feel like I should...

Liked: The receptionist did not give me a room, she told me they did not receive a reservation for me from booking.com. I did not stay at this hotel June 12, 2025 to June 19, 2025. However, I was billed $565.15 for this booking.
Disliked: As I stated above, I never received a room at this hotel on June 12 through June 19, 2025. I don't know what happened but, the hotel said booking.com did not reserve a room for me but, booking.com charged me $565.15.

Terrible.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Was given room at first that was under remediation, plastic was covering the door as I approached, I tried the key card to enter a room covered in black mold and plastic. The entire hotel smelled poorly, no breakfast, vending machines were not operational at times. Waited 25 minutes at front desk before an employee approached to check me in.

Exceptional

Liked: Always very quiet no matter how many people are at the hotel. Staff are always very polite and nice. Very clean room. Tv work, remote works.
Disliked: No dislikes about the property! This is one of my FAVORITE places to stay.

Ignored when arrived! Told could...

Liked: Easy and convenient location
Disliked: Check-in staff were rude and disrespectful!! Room just across hall from us had a plastic closer and was being worked on…was there really no other room available?

Over all decent hotel expert...

Liked: The kitchenette
Disliked: The 5-6 cop car that shows up every morning

Not bad but not great.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. I asked for a top floor, corner room and got it. Parking is free.
Disliked: Advertised that there were dishes and a dishwasher but there was not. Person at front desk couldn’t give me a refund for the extra I paid for them. Strange clicking noise that sounded like it was coming from above the door which didn’t make sense. It would wake me up on the middle of the night. Half dead cockroach fell out of the AC.

Staff rude - delayed check...

Liked: Close to airport.
Disliked: Staff rude - delayed check in - got locked out of the room - noisy - sounded like a student dorm and kids banging on the floors.

Was there for 8 hours....

Liked: Close to RDU
Disliked: Checking in system was confusing.

Exceptional

Spend the money and go...

Liked: Place was clean and there was a bed
Disliked: The building had an aroma of stale weed or at least our floor. The walls were very thin. It sounded like their headboard was about to come through the wall and then later in the evening we could hear an argument and someone get hit multiple times.
