Liked: Location.
Disliked: The staff ready didn't want to help. If you go to the front desk, I felt like I was breaking the law. They only clean twice a month. Which are really nasty. Housekeepers only come every two weeks to clean the room.

Liked: It was nice that they provided a gym, but it was small and overheated. The lobby was kept clean and organized. And the front desk was very friendly.
Disliked: I did not like that the building was next to the railroad due to all the commotion. Or the fact that they do not have a pool.

Liked: Bed was relatively comfortable.
Disliked: Only two pillows so impossible for two people to sit up against wall/headboard and be comfortable. No table in room for dining. Terrible road noise. No pots/pans/dishes in room as in other “suite” hotels. No lobby. Use room key to enter buildung to elevator. Reminded me of an college dorm. Will never stay again.

Liked: There was no breakfast, and even the coffee machine was not available during the whole week that I stayed here.
Disliked: Well, what I really disliked about this place was that upon check in, I was nickeled and dimed for more than what was stated to be my total cost on Booking.com, amounting to about $30 more. I was provided with a list of irrelevant charges, such a a daily "linen charge" (despite the fact that they never changed the linen). Also, when I tried to use the laundry facility, the machine for detergent took my quarters, but I did not receive laundry detergent; instead, the help there told me that they were out of detergent and instead of refunding my $1 provided me with fabric softener, which I did not need. They never refilled the detergent machine and never refunded my $. Finally, the room was okay, although there were cockroaches.
