Disliked: The description on the web - site said had amenities. There was nothing in the rooms compared to other suites we have stayed in. It had just a few of the basic items.

It was horrible.
Liked: Not one thing
Disliked: Everything. Beds are totally uncomfortable, sink drain in kitchen made noise all night, very loud with doors banging and people talking and all over the facility. Room was not clean by any means. Nobody at desk even after 8 a.m. drop off box for room cards completely full so people has to place them on the counter in hopes that nobody took them. There was not one staff member at all to contact or to be seen in the morning.

I like if the rooms...
Liked: I did like the location and the staff was nice
Disliked: I felt like the room and hotel itself was not very clean. Or at least not to my standards. The floors were dirty and the handles on doors were smudged and gross.

Disliked: Hotel manager said he approved a 4 night refund as my elderly father checked out of hotel early without speaking to someone. Nobody was at front desk so he left his key in the box. (he is not a traveler) We were there for a medical emergency and my dad returned several days later. The manager said he would transfer the stay to the following week. He couldn’t initiate a refund without corporate approval. He gave me his personal cell phone number so I could follow up with him. When I discovered they charged my father for a full 9 days, and he’d only been there for 4, I called to follow up, and my number was blocked. I went on to call corporate to which they called him directly. They said he would be calling me and that he had approved the refund. I understand this was partially my 85 y/o dad’s fault, but under the circumstances, the hotel said they would honor their word and were very sympathetic to my family’s situation. This was so disappointing. It was a great experience until it wasn’t. Why give your number if you have no intention of speaking to someone? Karma.
