Disliked: Roaches ,You had to pay for everything towels and no understanding with staff very rude I was told I’ll get my choice points and didn’t I would of went elsewhere if me and my family wasn’t homeless and traveled 800 miles

Never again!

Liked: Location was easy to get to. The staff at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Place was clean.
Disliked: However, when we pulled in, we circled the building to make sure the front was the front. It didn't look like the front of a hotel. There was no soap (maybe I was supposed to know that), the blinds didn't cover the side of the window well and we were on the first floor. No ice machine. But the worst part was I could not sleep because of how bad the bed was. It was literally the worst mattress I've ever slept on. I tossed and turned all night. For that fact, I will never stay here again.

Disliked: It stunk so bad that I almost couldn’t stay in there & then our clothes smelled just like the room did. It was a non-smoking room that smelled so bad from stale smoke mixed with something else nasty.

Disappointing

Liked: Comfortable enough
Disliked: That I had to completely check out, clear the room and check back in to stay an extra night.
