Liked: Staff was warm and welcoming. Always smiling and willing to do whatever needed to ensure my needs. Felt very safe because of the guest key entry to the building staff was amazing

Horrible customer service.

Liked: Location due to the distance we traveled.
Disliked: We had to try to reschedule last minute. I sent an email through booking.com, then the staff called around the time of my original reservation. I explained the situation, they cut me off several times and then just said we have a cancellation fee that we will charge you. I tried to explain that I didn’t need to cancel, just reschedule, they wouldn’t hear it, so we just paid $68 to a hotel we didn’t stay at, had a very rude representative call us and not listen to our problem.

Disliked: Staff was knowledgeable of basic things. Towels and wash clothes and things of that nature were not available when needed. Facilities did not look safe at all. Lights in the room didn’t work. Toilet seat completely separated from toilet.
