Poor
Liked: The staff was decent, and the room was clean.
Disliked: I traveled to Denver alone to attend a wedding. My first night there at 1:30am, people tried to enter my room. The front desk didn't update my room number and gave it to guests who were checking in for their stay. To be alone, in a new city, woken up out of my sleep at 1am to people entering my room was TERRIFYING. I was shaken and couldn't really calm myself for the rest of the night. I was told I'd get a refund for a portion of my stay, but I have yet to receive it.

Disliked: I didn't even get to stay. The woman at the front cancelled my reservation because I had called in to confirm early check in and came in at the time she told me to. She tried to say that she told me she would call me, I had her on speaker phone and have witnesses that she did not say this. She had an attitude the whole time she was speaking with me. I got there she told me that the room wasn't ready so I turned to leave, I am not going to argue and because I'm there to officiate a wedding and have a lot to do. She called out someone else's name so I didn't turn back to her which is apparently my offense to her. The name she called was not even close to my name. When I came back at the regular check in she said she had cancelled my reservation because I was rude. She started cussing at me and being disrespectful. I did lose my temper at that point because I was 10 hours from home and had no back up plan for where to stay. Told her that I wasn't rude for walking away from her or ignoring her when she didn't even call my name. I told her I was 10 hours from home, my family hadn't slept yet and that I had multiple witnesses to her saying my room would be ready at a certain time and all I had to do was pay an early check in fee. I left and called customer service. The whole interaction has guaranteed I will never stay there. I have never been more upset over a hotel in my life.
