Call to double check availability

Liked: This would have been our 2nd stay. Most ratings came from the 1st one. Last night I reserved the handicap room with a roll in shower and when we got there the clerk said they hadn't had that room available in days. We didn't stay and they didn't try to charge our card. The clerk was very nice and apologetic we booked online. Next time I will call before I book to confirm availability!

Disliked: Paid a 150 dollar deposit, hotel claimed my room smelled of smoke and I don't smoke they won't return my deposit. No one bothered to check my room before I left, told me he started the refund process it would take 1-3 days depending on bank, checked in 3/01-3/08

Liked: I liked absolutely nothing about the place it was dirty. The people were in bed when I got there rude when they came to the desk and then popped the realization that I needed $150 cash deposit before they would give me a room that I’ve already paid for, so no they suck.
