Liked: Very bad hotel, unclean and very thin pillows, uncomfortable bed and makes noises, no coffee is available even though there is a kitchen without any tools, the floor is not clean and the receptionist is uncooperative and refused to give an extra pillow and there are cockroaches in the room

Horrible!

Disliked: It was absolutely horrible. I asked for clean towels and was asked to return my dirty ones in order to get fresh ones. Cockroaches were present in the room. Cable tv was out for a day. It shouldn’t even be allowed as an option on booking.com. Set a better standard! Damn ridiculous!

We didn’t stay.we refused and...

Liked: Nothing. It was dirty and we were promised a refund we never received. Avoid at all costs!
Disliked: Unhealthy conditions. I have photos and I was promised a refund I never received. My college daughter was even disgusted.

Could have been better, not...

Liked: Didn't eat breakfast
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was not good. The hardwood floor was dirty, and made my feet dirty. The shower head had no water pressure. The check in clerk had my fiancee show his license as well as myself. He shouldn't have to show his i.d. since I was the one who reserved the room. Totally unnecessary. LOTS of road noise from outside.

Disappointing

Disliked: The receptionist gave me the wrong room, they asked me if I can transfer to another.The room they showed me, the toilet was duty and pee on it Finally I got another room. We went for a family reunion and we were late because of all this.
