Liked: Staff was wonderful and the room was great.

This just wasn’t a place...

Liked: It wasn’t far from our destination.
Disliked: It wasn’t clean, the floors were dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable. Also, you could hear the traffic from the nearby interstate/freeway all night long. Before 5:00 am, people were slamming doors continuously, so we got up earlier than expected and left.

I had a good stay

Liked: They had clean sheets and towels and rooms
Disliked: Had some roaches in the toilet, ran all night all day some of the doors be hard to go in and out once you unlock them .

Liked: Staff was great, making sure our accommodations were met to the best of their ability.

Liked: Front desk clerk, JJ was very good at his job. Great customer service and communication. He is one of the good ones, Wood Springs! Well definitely stay there again.
