Liked: The only good thing about that place was the staff. Super friendly.
Disliked: As soon as you walked in , it smelled of Marijuana . The place was filthy and they put us on a smoking floor in a smoking room! Completely unacceptable especially with children! Place was so dirty and smelled terrible! Since when is there a smoking floor in a Hotel!?

Liked: The room was clean and the HVAC worked properly.
Disliked: The facility was dirty, hallways, parking lot, transitioning areas. Ice was not available to paying customers, the staff was not friendly, exit / entry door locks to the facility didn’t work properly. The facility is not a hotel maybe extended stay but included residents some suffering some obvious problems leading to screaming, yelling, disruptions it was a pretty scary situation with security escorting “residents” off the property etc.WE WILL NEVER BOOK AT THIS FACILITY OR ANOTHER WOODSPRING FACILITY EVER.

Liked: The only thing I liked about this property is the employee was friendly. That is it.
Disliked: It was very very displeasing. As soon as I walked to the front desk, it smelled like cat urine. I checked out the hotel room and it smelled like urine and smoke mixed together. Very disgusting place. Don’t waste your money please. I tried to give it a chance but ended up turning in my keys because I couldn’t stand the filthy smell and dirty walls.

Disliked: bathroom shower curtain just allowed water to drench the floorwalls are so thin, my neighbour was having a disco till midnight and I had to ask front desk 2x to get them to quiet. Then they did after a while, and started again at 7am. My sleep was not happyNo TV menu or anything, so was hard to find any good channel.No hangers for clothesNo phone in the room, had to walk downstairs anytime I needed anything
