Liked: 1. The staff was helpful & professional.2. The facilities & room were clean & neat. 3. The clean towels were provided daily.4. Full size refrigerator was a plus.
Disliked: 1. The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable.2. There was only one night stand. There should have been two, especially for two people.3. There was a stale smell in the room.

Liked: Attentive and courteous staff. When the receptionist at turn (Laurie) learned that I was visiting to ride the Ozello Trail (on motorbike) she suggested that I check out Istachatta Road telling me it was a popular local road for motorcyclists because of it meandering curves and ups and downs (something scarce in Florida). And was she right!everyone was diligent at the hotel which is just across the street from most local restaurants and watering holes.
