Disliked: The pillows are way to small an the $ use to be better i don't understand why they raised the cost there's nothing new???

Disliked: No one was at the window when we needed assistance. The smell of dirtiness smacked us in the face when we walked in.

Liked: the room was decent sized and clean
Disliked: Gas leak overnight (1st evacuation) meant no hot water in the morning. 2nd incident cause evacuation at 5:00 AM not the staffs fault but staff was not apologetic for evacuations or ice cold showers. No explanation given. Staff checked us in but had to wait at 11:00 PM for them nto arrive. strong smell of pot in lobby at time of check in.

I expected better service from...

Liked: Worst stay I have ever had. There was no hot water and we were never told before check in. Fire detectors went off twice with no explanation & the main doors were broken. Staff was rude when asked about these issues.
