Not staying there ever..

Liked: My room was sold to someone else before I could arrive to the hotel and they had to many homeless people hanging around the parking lot.

Disliked: It smelled horrible, dogs urine in elevator, elevator light was broke very scary going up to 3rd floor… People roaming all times of night looked homeless.

Disliked: Let’s start by saying it started off okay until the manager Boris gained interest in me , once he gained interest , and wasnt getting any interest back the harassing started . I was able to miss 1-2 days of payment at first , he was paying for my room some nights , buying me food and so forth . Once it was obvious I wasn’t going to move passed that the random harassing begin , April called me & tried to record our call , James called me to say someone filed a complaint on me for false accusations about Boris beening upset due to no sexual exchange which is pretty obvious . He asked me several times to come to his room , which I have text messages to prove which I provided to my case with corporate . He allowed me to smoke in my room , told me to do what everyone else does to keep the alarm off . Just a lot of things , to randomly change and lock me out the room for one Payment randomly . Please be mindful when staying here , my sink has been leaking for a month . The police raided the room next to mine one night , someone started a fire here , someone jumped from the 3rd floor . Dogs in majority of the rooms , smells like pee everywhere, roaches randomly. But more importantly feeling like if I had sex , no issues whatsoever ! Boris is a pastor so he will come off inviting but that’s just an act to see if you’re willing to join him in his room or yours . When he goes to Mississippi every weekend , the staff go on a power trip . They all live on the property , but treat people like they’re above , they all work to live here basically .. so a lot of time to be messy on their hands . I had to file a police report as well as a complaint with the company which I provided the police report to corporate they have been emailing and communicating with me about this matter due to the text messages between myself and Boris I provided , Messed with the wrong educated black girl .

I would definitely come back!

Liked: The staff were so kind and helpful! The location was convenient being by a big road and Chinatown being so close by was very fun. I love that they had a kitchen and fridge
Disliked: The beds weren’t the comfiest and did not like seeing people loitering around the building.

They need to do better...

Liked: No breakfast at this location. If they did serve breakfast I would not eat the food the hotel is infested with roaches.
Disliked: The room was infested with roaches I reported it to the front desk and the employee looked at me like oh well. I went and purchased Raid and other items to try and get rid of bugs. I slept with the lights on my whole stay which was uncomfortable trying to rest with lights on. I would have left property but they told me no refunds allowed. I asked for tissue and fresh towels I was told that guests usually bring there own tissue and they charged 3.51 cent laundry fee for fresh towels which I thought was strange. I never had to pay for towels or supply my own tissue at any hotel I have ever stayed at.
