Convenient location, slow service

Liked: The location was very convenient. Everything was really close by.
Disliked: It took way too long to check us in. No shampoo or Iron, and the hallway had an unpleasant smell

Liked: Staff was rude except the manager. When asked for extra towles was told no, only one pot in the kitchen area.

Desperate times calls for desperate...

Disliked: 1. The staff is rude. My key stopped working 1 morning and when I went to call the front desk at 8:25 I was met with an attitude. I informed them my key stopped working and I was locked out with my dog and was running late for work. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where the front desk staff wasn’t available 24/7. 2. The second floor where all the dogs were, stinks. The carpet has visible stains and there was dog feeces left in the hallway one day. The carpet needs to be ripped and replaced with title if that’s the “dog floor”3. A few times I had to close the side entrances that were propped open. 4. I take extremely hot showers. One day I stepped out of the bathroom and the fire alarm went out. When the manager came, she went into my room alone and left me outside, I could hear her rummaging through my stuff - nothing I signed said staff could go through my things without me or anyone else there. She swore she smelled cigarettes - I don’t smoke cigarettes 5. A few days after I checked in and paid my fees there was an additional charge made to my card and no one explained why

Liked: The location of the property.
Disliked: The property was horrible. You have to call to sign out an iron & the iron board was broke. You can only get towels during a certain time. The guy named Zach has a horrible attitude. The elevator went out & I was on the 4th floor. I have degenerative disc disease & had to climb 4 flights of stairs. The bathroom door didn’t shut.

Uncomfortable and shocking.

Liked: The location is convenient and right by the highway. There are nice apartments right across the street.
Disliked: Elevators smelled of animal ammonia along with the hallways and room. Front desk staffed seemed burned out and jaded towards guest and simple request but due to the environment, I completely understand why. The furniture was all the way run down and peeling and falling apart. Shower door didn’t even close all the way, when I asked for a new room front desk staff stated that all of the rooms looked the same way.
