Disliked: The lady in front desk so rude. I paid in full my stay in booking she didn’t understand and she didn’t listen. I was tired, making the check in late at night and the service was really bad.

Disliked: I checked out on 3-6-2024 I had the room til March 15th wen I would call the property the front desk would tell me that I'm checked out but the booking app says I was still active in the room I didn't get reimbursed because the property still had me active in the room

Enjoyable especially on Valentine's day

Liked: There was no breakfast at the hotel but we certainly brought our own food .The hotel is clean and in ideal location.
Disliked: Providing a complimentary breakfast would enhance service

Nasty, bed bug, weed smoking,...

Liked: The place was nasty and smelly. The bed was nasty a saw bed bugs on nasty sheets. My family and I ended up at another hotel. The big white lady at desk was very nasty an would not refund our money. Please do not go to this place. It was fully off people just standing around smoking. Horrible, Horrible Horrible.
Disliked: It was nothing I liked about this place period.
