You get what you pay...
Liked: The location was pretty good and the bed was rather comfortable.
Disliked: I made a last minute reservation and upon my arrival, there wasn't anyone there to check us in. When I was finally able to reach someone by phone, the man identified that I had reached the afterhours number. I informed him that I was there to check in but that there wasn't anyone at the window to assist me. He said, yea, it's afterhours and then hung up on me!! I'm grateful that there was a guy there (not the rude one) who came out a few minutes later that was able to help me but honestly, the initial interaction left a bad taste in my mouth for our entire stay.

It was horrible.
Liked: The staff and the location was convenient
Disliked: I was completely dismayed by the room. It felt like a prison cell with a lumpy, smelly bed on high metal legs, concrete walls and ceilings and a sticky floor. At the price point I expected a nicer comfortable room. I could have stayed at La Quinta, for example, for the same price with a beautiful room! I didn’t because Woodsprings was more convenient.

Horrid!!!
Liked: Nothing. Didn't get to stay because the night "manager" couldn't find our reservation. He was very rude and when I told him so he asked us to leave then followed us out trying to get my fiancee to fight him. Horrible experience and scary.
Disliked: The entire experience. Police were sitting in the parking lot and it looked like a lot of drama and drug activity.

Liked my stay would stay...
Liked: Comfortable good value for price
Disliked: Nothing big - Although the place has been renovated, it isnt being kept up. The hotel is in a great location, but how issues are fixed are lazy. For example there is black duct tape on the door frame. What is the issue? I can't tell. Some of the walls look like they have had issues (chips, scratches) and when new paint is applied instead of applying it to the entire panel it is applied only in the issue area and not at least in an appeasing way (a whole square). It show poorly and unfortunately it is going to make the place look outdated quickly. Painting the entire panel makes the issue not look so apparent.
