I will never use booking.com...

Liked: The location was close to the hospital. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: It seemed more like low-income housing than hotel. There was no coffee maker. We did not request a kitchen but we got a room with a kitchen that we had to unplug the refrigerator because it was so loud. It was a dark and sad room. The bedding was utilitarian and far from comfortable. I was not advised that there was a $100 deposit required and I can only hope that I get it back.

Bad

Disliked: It wasn’t very clean. The beds aren’t comfortable and pillows were very flat. Went to heat up food and a roach fell from under the microwave door. Random people gather in the front of the hotel. Someone was also playing music very loudly on a random night so I didn’t get much rest that night.
