Stay was great I recommend...

Liked: The manager Nikki was great & there was also a few other staff I don’t know their names but they were great as well my stay was amazing and I definitely will be going back
Disliked: Everything was fine.

Other then that great stay

Liked: Bathroom could be lil cleaner

Liked: Nothing because I was turned away at the desk when I tried to check in. I reserved online and was driving from Chicago with my dog. The front desk told me “it’s been crazy” and that they “tried to call me” and I never received a call. I was then told they might have a room and to follow them. They then unlocked a room door with people already staying there which was completely unprofessional and an invasion of privacy. Then continued to state there were actually no rooms.
Disliked: The entire experience, staff, and environment was terrible. I had made the reservation online and was never contacted to be told there were actually no rooms available. No customer service skills by the front desk and just overall poor quality and professionalism.
