Liked: Kellie-Kiara-Nicole are wonderful! The staff is very understanding and helpful. I and my pup felt comfortable, safe and secure staying at this location! My stay was longer than anticipated because of waiting on a new career offer, so I appreciated the flexibility.Wonderful staff, Great location!#FormerRoom126 :-)
Disliked: The grounds unfortunately are not kept clean NOT because of the staff but because of the people staying here and leaving trash outdoors. It's an embarrassment to professional people that stay here and call it home, for a short-term stay.The walls and ceilings are too thin, need additional sound barrier in newer locations that open. There is/was an awful sour smell on one side of the hotel, first floor, that just would not go away. It's advertised that coffee is available, but it is not; that would be a great addition to have coffee and tea as an option.

Disliked: Front desk shuts down at 8pm and they turn the lights off in the main entrance. Those using the entrance must do so through a very dark room A phone is available if you need additional service but no personnel apparent on site. After we went to bed loud noises were generated from what I supposed were trash trucks but very loud and scary sounding. Though the room was equipped with a double burner, there was nothing provided to help you use it. All cabinets were empty - nothing available. 1 very small bar of soap in the bath though clean towels and washcloths were provided and 2 plastic cups and a roll of toilet paper. The toilet paper dispenser fell apart while attempting to use. Minimum provided overall
