Disliked: The property cancelled the confirmed booking by a telephone call. The person calling was extremely rude and disrespectful. The reason provided was clearly a lie. They claimed a mechanical problem but when I went to the hotel everything was fine and they had rooms available but only at a much a higher rate. They clearly just wanted to get out of the confirmed booking.

Exceptional

Liked: We felt safe and secure the location was clean and had no vagrants or suspicious people loitering and really liked the views
Disliked: No breakfast

Not what I expected

Disliked: The walls were dirty next to our bed, looked like something was spilled on it and not cleaned up and there was what looked like boogers on the wall. There was hair all over our bathroom and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom.

I will NEVER stay there...

Liked: The price was ok. I guess you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive but we were not prepared for such a low quality hotel. Shocking!
Disliked: It was like a college dorm but worse. Bad smell in the hallways. I didn’t realize a hotel like this even existed. From the outside it looked like any basic hotel but almost scary inside.
