I couldn't dtay!

Liked: I got there and was told Booking.com made a mistake. Then, I got told the motel had made a mistake. After confirming my reservation a half hour before arrival, they gave my room to someone else! The front desk even told me she had done it 5 times that night, and I better call someone else if I didn't like it. She said she didn't personally take my reservation or my money!
