Disliked: Cockroach got into my food and I had to throw it away. Called after hours line and they told me “that happens sometimes”.

Disliked: We checked in and had to be out the door within 20 mins to make a dinner reservation. We were only there to quickly change and then come back and sleep. The room had a pretty strong odor when we first got in, but since we would be there so minimally, we figured it would be fine for a night. The window fully opened so that helped, but when we first got back from our outing it was very strong and took about 20 - 30 minutes to “air out.” If we had realized how bad it was, we would made it a point to make the time to switch rooms before we went out. (The hotel itself was generally fine, so I think it most likely just the room we were in.) This hotel had a lot of short term rentals, so it felt more like apartments than a hotel, which wasn’t a bad thing, but it is very busy with tons of people.

Disliked: As soon as you approached building horrible smell of smoke. Halls reeked of smoke
