Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean and accessible facility. Great location.
Disliked: Room was clean except shower had hair in it. Garbage bag under bed. Not a quiet or soundproof room. Could hear people LOUDLY next door. Also could hear a man snoring next room all night. Unfortunate. Fair for price for one night

Liked: I enjoyed that the property was close to the interstate.
Disliked: The staff was rude when we arrived. The floor we were on was loud the whole night. One door that was only supposed to be accessible by keycard was left propped open by a rock. Felt unsafe in this hotel.

Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodating if asked for assistance - but not above and beyond, considering a service industry.
Disliked: odd smell throughout the hallways and elevator. towel, cleaning, and replacement services were not automatic - phone doesn’t work either. scan cards are faulty. THIN WALLS. shower head was loose and pressure was weak. not a full bathroom counter as advertised!
