No sleep
Disliked: I was locked out of my room because of the latch on the door. Staff didn’t know what to do so I had to figure it out on my own to get back into the room. Also when I went out to get my food from uber around 11pm a man was sleeping in the lobby on the couch. And I also have a video of people arguing and being loud at 2-3am in the morning. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was filled with drug addicts and shady people walking around all night. They’re not accommodating to your needs. They charge you for EVERYTHING! Nothing is complimentary. Their front desk close at 10pm. So if you didn’t receive what you need , you must wait until morning.

Disliked: They called me after I have booked the room to say they are overbooked and now I am trying to get my money back .It is frustrating
