Exceptional

Comfortable, good value, but basic.

Liked: Location on the east side of town was perfect for my purpose and allowed me to avoid commuter traffic in the morning. The bed was comfortable. The fridge/freezer was a bonus. It allowed me to chill my cooler contents while I refroze my ice packs in the freezer.
Disliked: Lacking in amenities. No coffee-making equipment. A surprise additional tax of $3.25 which I was not made aware of at the time of the booking.

Disliked: Kind of ridiculous that you have to pay for a cup and he can't just get a cup you have to get the whole dish set for $25 pots and pans or 30 but yet at advertises the kitchenette.
