I would stay there again.

Liked: The room was comfortable and very clean.
Disliked: During the rare occasion when they were there, the people at the service desk were not friendly. They were grumpy. One of you need to teach them how to do service with a smile.

Liked: The staff was really friendly and helpful. Omari helped me several times and was really efficient and considerate, but everyone was helpful and I had very good experiences with everyone. The location close to the freeway is a plus. The bed was really comfortable. I'll likely come back if I'm in the area again. No real problems with anything at the hotel, and it was exactly what I needed.
Disliked: There are charges for certain services and equipment for the room. For example, you can rent some tableware and cookware (separate packages) if you want. There's a small charge for being able to get fresh towels/linens daily. This could be one reason why the place is a fairly good deal, though, so fair enough. But it would be cool if you could have some cookware and tableware without paying extra. I ended up buying a few things at the nearby Meijer to use during my stay and it was less expensive than getting it from them (though I didn't buy much). I did end up getting the towel/linen service and that was fine.

Liked: we liked finding a room nearby our home during a power outage that had adequate wifi.
Disliked: upon check in we were told that we could rent/sign out a coffee maker free of charge from the front desk. my husband proceeded to do so but his hands were full with our luggage so he told the front desk staff that he or i would be back to get it. we were also told that the front desk could close at 10pm(RED FLAG). we get up to the room, no extra blanket, pillows were flat like pancakes and only two in the room, 1 towel and no wash clothes so no big deal bc we have to go back down to get the coffee maker anywho and can grab the missing items...7:45pm THEY WERE CLOSED, WTH. Needless to say we went home when we got sleepy bc we couldnt sleep in that room with only 2 flapjack pillows and no blanket and no service. what a waste of money.
